Jordon is awesome! After not having service for a while, I wasn't sure what to expect. He was thorough in his inspection, treatment and explanation.

Excellent experience! Jordan gave me a heads up when he was on his way, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why (inside and outside). He let us know what else he’d found and never tried to upsell us on anything on the spot, allowing us time to figure out next steps. We will be bringing them back out.
